It's a little after 4 AM, here in west Houston, Texas. We're seeing the far outer bands, looks like rain is on the doorstep within the next hour or two. We're expecting high tides, beach erosion, some winds and heavy rains today.
No biggy here. Just some much needed rain.
Brownsville, Texas is about to get slammed, sometime later today, about noon is the guess-timate.
Batten the hatches, and be safe people.
