Solar events often precede major quakes by 48-72 hours.   If you suffer migraines, make sure you have meds ready.  If you are earth sensitive, be advised that you may already be feeling a little vertigo now and then.  Just be aware that quake activity is coming, so be careful if you have to use ladders or climb.  Make sure you hold on with at least one hand.  Watch your balance carefully.   You might have off and on vision blurriness until the first quake or quakes occur.  There may also be an increase in volcanic activity.  If so, for earth sensitives, you may experience sudden stomach upsets. 

With either type of seismic activity, those bothered by piercing frequency noises prior to quakes will probably feel an uptick the next couple of days.  If this is you, about now pressure change is likely noticeable to you, but not yet bothersome.
