Mayan volcano Erupting in the Philippines

This National Geographic photo and article is about the Mayan volcano, currently erupting in the Philippines. LINK

Today saw a 5.9 quake in Mexico City. If this strange migraine is any indication, more activity can be expected. This quake may have been a foreshock, as the migraine started at the same time as the quake, and is intensifying. The quake seems to have put more stress in the area, rather than easing it.
> California has been experiencing swarms of micro to small quakes. Southern California in particular should be prepared for quakes to intensify, in magnitude, possible to 5.0 in magnitude, within 24 to 48 hours.
> Western Pacific regions can expect large quakes, near or above 6.0 in the next 24-48 hours.

If you have migraines, hurricanes drop the air pressure which can create a mean variety of migraine. Make sure you have your meds up to date.

Apologies for not posting for a week. Mt. St. Helen's did some rumbling last weekend, and that volcano causes the sick type migraine, with tooth pain, for me.
Currently, the migraine is a mild one, almost not noticeable, other than the right sided tooth twinges, not pleasant. It seems correlated to activity inland from the US West Coast. Every hard twinge is directly related to small quakes in that region.

Feel free to post up, and comment. If you want to talk specifically about migraines, click to http://www.earthquakemigraines.blogspot.com. compare your symptoms, expouse your theories, bitch about your pain. I sure do.

GULF COAST RESIDENTS * Get your meds up to date, and check your storm supplies, just in case you need them. I have a list of supplies at FUTUREQUAKE, click the weather & emergency pack link for the list. Add to it things that bring you comfort away from home.
If you think your structure may be at risk, be sure to grab your software. Make a copy of your hard drive, pictures, music, writings. Easier to carry than photo albums, and music collections. Pictures are easily preserved on software.
Don't forget your pets ! Take what they need too.

Have a good week !
